Our team consists of friendly, hardworking, big thinking people who care about providing stellar customer experiences! Located in Deerfield Beach, FL, we support many prestigious luxury retail clients and customer electronic clients. We are looking for some great people to join us on our social media team.


We’re seeking a Part Time Social Media Care Associate for one of our prestigious retail clients. This is an hourly position that will cover weekends and some weeknights.


Primary Responsibilities:

-Learning client’s brand voice

-Responding to customer comments and messages on channels such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram

-Responding to customer complaints and working with our Customer Service department to resolve them

-Utilizing our brand monitoring tools and alerting, in real-time, if any potential crises occur

-Response times within 10 minutes for all interactions

-Attending biweekly meetings with client to learn new promotions

-Manage all assigned project work in a timely manner.

-Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product and industry information.

-Quickly identify a customer's problem, report it correctly, and provide customers with reasonable solutions to the problem

-Follow-up with customers on any outstanding matters and provide additional assistance as needed

-Provide world-class customer service and immediate resolution to inquiries at the point of customer contact.



  • Must be able to write, read, spell and speak English
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Must be computer literate
  • Associates degree preferably in English, Marketing or Communication or other education equivalent
  • Must pass a background check
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship
  • Must be able to provide 2 professional references
  • Great multi-tasking skills.
  • Prioritize and effectively manage time.
  • Positive attitude and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Good judgment and independent decision making.
  • Work effectively with windows-based computer systems.
  • Effectively interact in a professional and courteous manner with customer.
  • Demonstrate initiative and interest in self-development
  • FLEXIBILITY IS NEEDED, as schedules may vary from week to week. WE'LL BE OPEN 14-HOURS A DAY, 364 DAYS A YEAR!
  • Candidates must be available to work weekend shifts. Training in the week.
