Located in Deerfield Beach, FL.  We are looking for great people to join us on our social customer care team.

We’re seeking FT Social Media Strategists - Spanish Speaking for one of our premier new clients. This is an hourly position that will cover and operate during our hours of 8 am-10 pm. Seven (7) days a week. 

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Learning client’s brand voice
  • Responding to customer comments and messages on channels such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram
  • Responding to customer complaints and working with our Customer Service department to resolve them
  • Utilizing our brand monitoring tools and alerting, in real-time, if any potential crises occur
  • Response times within 10 minutes for all interactions
  • Attending biweekly meetings with client to learn new promotions
  • Manage all assigned project work in a timely manner.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product and industry information.
  • Quickly identify a customer's problem, report it correctly, and provide customers with reasonable solutions to the problem
  • Follow-up with customers on any outstanding matters and provide additional assistance as needed
  • Provide world-class customer service and immediate resolution to inquiries at the point of customer contact.


  • Excellent written and communication skills
  • Must be able to read, write and communicate effectively in English & Spanish
  • Must be computer literate with one (1) year experience in social media
  • Associates degree preferably in English, Marketing, Communication  
  • Reliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the position
  • Problem solving and critical thinking skills.

  • Positive attitude and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Good judgment and independent decision making.

  • FLEXIBILITY IS NEEDED, as schedules may vary from week to week. WE'LL BE OPEN 14-HOURS A DAY, 364 DAYS A YEAR!
