Summary

This position is crucial to the effectiveness of the company as this is the first point of contact for our clients as well as potential hires. This position is a full time position which handles recruiting and office administration. The ideal individual must have strong recruiting skills and experience, knowledge of screening resumes, utilizing various websites to secure candidates and familiar with office management.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Distributes all paychecks/paystubs
  • Handles all business issues and office problems that can be resolved by contacting our building management
  • Handles all incoming and outgoing mail
  • Handles all incoming calls for NexGen and redirects the call to the appropriate extension
  • Handles all office supplies, like orders, storing, and distributing throughout the office
  • Works alongside HR to assist in posting all new job openings on all websites and tracking where the best candidates apply from.
  • Assists with the day to day operations of the HR functions and duties.
  • Prints, sorts and screens all resumes and submit to HR
  • Sets up open interviews for Agency
  • Sets and assists with the testing for prospective hires and provides clerical support to HR.
  • Assists with the onboarding of new hires
  • Other duties as required

Educational Requirements

  • Some college preferred from an accredited educational institution
  • 2 years of confidential office HR support and administrative experience required
  • Demonstrated ability to improve employee morale
  • Exceptional interpersonal communication and relationship-building skills
  • 1 year Recruiting expereince
  • Must have great communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong understanding and knowledge of Microsoft Office required
